Brand New Clubhouse Under Construction
Hillside Commons is pleased to announce that we will be unveiling a brand new clubhouse coming Winter 2024 – Spring 2024. Slated to be constructed by our resort style swimming pool, this state-of-the-art facility will feature a fully stocked fitness center, a café space with self-serve Starbucks coffee, and a student lounge featuring table games like billiards. Our on-site leasing office will also be relocated here and will be alongside space for secure package and mail delivery, ensuring that you’ll be able to exercise, study, have fun, and handle property matters all under one roof!

Located less than one mile from the University of Alabama campus on Jack Warner Parkway, the new Hillside Commons is within walking distance of campus and has completely remodeled one, two, and three bedroom apartments available. We are more than happy to accommodate pets, offering the best local dog park for our resident UA students.
